Key responsibilities
Lead the strategy, execution, and scaling of paid media campaigns with a focus on business results — ensuring advanced funnel management, precise measurement, and data-driven decision-making to maximize conversions and revenue.
- Design, execute, and scale Meta Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns targeting leads and sales objectives.
- Analyze and optimize campaigns against business KPIs: CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Define, implement, and improve sales funnel strategies (lead generation, nurturing, and remarketing).
- Implement, audit, and maintain advanced tracking systems (Pixel, CAPI, events, and GTM).
- Integrate campaigns with CRM and automation tools to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Identify improvement opportunities in landing pages, creatives, offers, and processes.
- Propose tests, hypotheses, and scaling strategies.
- Document processes, learnings, and best practices.
- Communicate with clients and team in English when required.

Education

- Minimum English level B1 (oral and written) for meetings, reports and communication with clients.
Experience
- Proven senior experience managing Meta Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns.
- Prior experience in performance agencies or lead- and sales-driven businesses.
